Junior/Mid-level Web Designer, UI/UX Designer
We are looking to hire a Web Designer- UI/UX Designer to help us design beautiful, interactive and creative online experiences. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles, a detailed-oriented approach but above all a creative mind.
The role includes:
- Brainstorming/Drafting Ideas and Designs
- Conceptualising web and other digital designs
- Producing Designs for Web Projects (Web Applications/Websites) and other Digital Experiences
- Communicating and collaborating with the design team
- Communicating and collaborating with the development team to aid the process of the implementation of the designs
- Communicating and collaborating with clients
What we are looking for:
- A creative mind
- A beautiful portfolio of past design work (not necessarily web design but definitely a plus)
- A Degree in a relevant field is nice to have but not required.
- Proficiency in using design software (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma/etc)
- Solid understanding of web design concepts
- Solid understanding of UI/UX concepts
- Someone who is motivated and ready to acquire and master new knowledge
- Able to work and deliver results within deadlines
